Frequently Asked Questions
The timeline depends on the complexity of the design and the sourcing of diamonds or gemstones. Once your design is approved and materials are sourced, production typically takes 6–8 weeks. Please allow an additional couple of weeks for us to finalise and agree on your design. Delivery arrangements will be discussed to ensure you receive your ring discreetly.
Don’t worry! I’ll guide you through options based on their style and preferences, or we can create a timeless, classic design.
If your partner would prefer to be involved, we can create the perfect ring together after the proposal.
Absolutely! Incorporating heirloom jewellery or stones into a new design is a beautiful way to create something meaningful and unique. I can work with your existing diamond or gemstone and redesign the setting to match your vision.
Due to the highly bespoke nature of my work, I don’t offer payment plans. However, to make the process more accessible, only a 50% deposit is required to begin crafting your piece, with the remaining balance payable upon delivery. This allows you 6–8 weeks between payments while your one-of-a-kind design is brought to life.
My priority is to ensure you’re thrilled with your bespoke engagement ring. During the design process, I work closely with you to perfect every detail and provide visual representations to guarantee it aligns with your vision. If adjustments are needed after delivery, I’ll be happy to work with you to make it right. However, please note that post-delivery changes may incur additional charges.
