All orders from carolinecreba.com are delivered within the UK free of charge and will be delivered within 5 working days (subject to stock).
Orders from carolinecreba.com can be delivered Worldwide (USA, Canada and Australia). Deliveries to these countries are at £19.95 and will take up to 10 days to arrive.
The team at Caroline Creba will keep you up to date every step of the way during the delivery process. All items dispatched by Caroline Creba will need to be signed for and can be tracked through the carrier's website using the tracking number sent at dispatch.
All items are fully insured for the sales value.
As well as complying with distance selling regulations, if for any reason you are unhappy with your Caroline Creba purchase you can return the jewellery to us within 31 days for exchange, full refund or a credit note. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, Caroline Creba earrings are non-returnable*.
Any jewellery returned to Caroline Creba must be unworn and in an original and resalable condition with the tamper-evident label still attached. Jewellery must be returned with all Caroline Creba packaging supplied with the purchase.
To return an item please email info@carolinecreba.com for instructions. Please remember to enclose your invoice with your return, stating if you would like a refund or exchange. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, insured and sent via a trusted postal service. Caroline Creba cannot take responsibility for return items damaged or lost in transit.
